Mike Brown, Founder

With more than 20 years’ experience in Financial Services across a range of corporate firms, Mike founded Crystal Clear Financial Services in 2009 to deliver the personal service he knew clients were looking for. As a Diploma-qualified adviser and a Member of the Society of Mortgage Professionals, Mike is renowned for his determination to get the most suitable deal, and his sense of eternal optimism!
Mike specialises in business protection and mortgages, and clients return to him for his knowledgeable advice and problem-solving skills.
Outside the business, Mike is the proud Dad of two children, a keen cyclist and runner, and has a love of BBQs! A keen guitarist and singer/songwriter, Mike always looks forward to some down time away from the phone.
Tazrina Robinson, Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Tazrina has been with Crystal Clear Financial Services since February 2021. She has worked in the mortgage industry for more than six years, including positions with Advoco and Barclays Bank. She is CeMAP qualified and was the Barclays Values Award winner for East Region Mortgages in 2020. Determined that the industry should be diverse and welcoming, Tazrina has also been a Diversity & Inclusion representative and a Colleague Ambassador.
Tazrina fills her spare time with travel – she is still hoping to get to an Olympic event, having had her trip to Tokyo 2020 cancelled. She also loves cooking, films, has a rabbit called Teddy and is currently being schooled in history by her Bangladeshi grandmother! As a charity supporter, Tazrina is also hoping to make her fourth donation of hair to the Little Princess Trust.
Kelly-Anne Coates, Client Manager
Kelly-Anne has a background in financial services. In previous roles, she has worked as a secured loans underwriter and new business manager for an IFA. Delivering excellent customer service and going above and beyond for clients is important to her. She is CeMAP qualified.
Kelly-Anne lives with her Husband and two Daughters, love being in the great outdoors and exploring the South Coast. They enjoy being thrill seekers at theme parks and spending time with extended family.
